QUESTION:
Why do I receive an error using my email?
POSSIBLE SOLUTION(S):
- POP3 or SMTP server is wrong.

- Enter Outlook Express.
- Click Tools.
- Click Accounts.
- A window will pop up. You want to click on the mail tab.
- Click on "pop3.tellurian.net." It will become highlighted.
- Click Properties on the right hand side.
- Another window will pop up. Click on the Servers tab (as pictured above).
- Make sure the following is filled in correctly:
Incoming Mail(POP3): pop3.tellurian.net
Outgoing Mail(SMTP): smtp.tellurian.net
- Incoming Mail Server - Account Name:
If your email address is @tellurian.net / @tellurian.com / @garden.net / @lsa.net / @ingress.com then you must enter the username ONLY (as pictured above)!
If your email address is @yourdomain.com you must login as username@yourdomain.com (as pictured below).

- Your email address MUST be filled in to send email!

- Enter Outlook Express.
- Click Tools.
- Click Accounts.
- A window will pop up. You want to click on the Mail tab.
- Click on "pop3.tellurian.net." It will become highlighted.
- Click Properties on the right hand side.
- Another window will pop up.
- Under the General tab, halfway down the window, you will find Email Address. Enter your email address in the appropriate field.
